With the proliferation of desktop publishing software, creating a pamphlet, a newsletter or a logo is at the end of even a novice computer user's fingertips. But the software doesn't teach design. Good design — like good writing — is a craft. It is not always elaborate and it thrives when simplicity takes over in color, font and image choices. We begin with a fundamental rule: Design should never get in the way of the message.
We design most of the websites we build, although we will occasionally build designs brought to us by clients or refresh existing designs. In addition to websites, we can create an entire branding suite and provide supplementary material such as maps, infographics and presentations.
